Custom Crossbody Straps

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Return through USPS, FedEx, UPS with tracking and insurance for store credit or exchange within 7 Business Day.
• Send email with tracking of order # and items that are included in the return or exchange, once received and processed you will be issued a store credit or exchange of your choice equal the return cost less restocking fee no greater than $10.
